01 ABOUT ME

DANCING THROUGH LIFE

Hi there! My name is Madison, and as you may have guessed from the heading, dance is how I've chosen to navigate life. Throughout the years, I've combined dance with singing, science, and visual art, but it's always, always been about dance. I graduated from the University of South Florida with dual degrees in Dance and Biomedical Sciences and went on to obtain my Master's in Dance Science at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance as a US-UK Fulbright Postgraduate Scholar.

Since then, I have worked professionally as a performer for prominent entertainment companies, such as Walt Disney World and Norwegian Creative Studios. Dance has not only connected me with incredible people, it has enabled me to travel the world and find connections in the concepts that unite those people. From the Beijing Dance Academy stage to the Highlands of Scotland, I've been very fortunate to be a performing artist in this whirling world.

SINGING & ACTING TOO

I may be a mover first, but I am firstly interested in telling stories that MOVE - people to tears, laughter, or introspection; ideas to light, fruition, and change. I'd love to be of service to the story you have to tell. Click the button below for professional pictures of my face, a list of past credits, and more performance footage.

McGrew is marvelous as [Kitty,] the ditzy and enthusiastic blonde stereotype, but she's so effervescent in the role that the stage may as well have been hers alone.

03 SCIENCE TALK

NERD ALERT

I have a lot of thoughts on science. Sometimes I write them down, other times I talk them out. Featured here is a recent panel in which I had the honor of discussing my personal pivot into the sciences with other inspiringly cool dancer-scientists. To read about nerdy things, like pharmaceuticals,  plastic pollution, and pain, click to the blog!

CREATIVE
JUICING

When I'm not bustin' a move or getting down with science, I get creative in other ways. Over the years, my artwork has found its way into people's homes and onto people's bodies. View my portfolio below to see how painted landscapes and swirly doodles have adorned the various things we inhabit (like walls, sweatpants, and skin).

WORTH MENTIONING
